It's 4-wheel drive, but I'm not sure about its sexuality.

The grey background are the backs of the helipad that came with the '83 Command Center playset: http://www.yojoe.com/vehicles/83/headquarters/ The set came with one, but I got 3 others a junker lot. They look kinda bland, but hey, versatility!
More original than Gundam chainbases.
