Talk about making promises he can't keep; even Cobra couldn't get Duke Nukem Forever released...
Maybe that's what happened to it: with the game backed by Cobra, the Joes assumed it was part of an insidious plot, and block it at every turn. Makes as much sense as whatever happened to that game!
Well, Gearbox is making it happen now, so I guess that means Gearbox is a Cobra front. Hm. Maybe that means they'll put HISS Tanks in Borderlands!
